No matter the stage of your business or idea, you don't have to build alone.We’re cultivating a supportive community where passionate multi-faceted Christian women like you who don’t have to build in isolation. We want to practice together how to build God’s way - from a place of stewardship and rest: workshopping our ideas, sound boarding business plans, helping one another market, and encouraging one another all along the way.We also believe God is passionate about the next generation. So one unique aspect of Collective127 is that it is multi-generational. We’ll be inviting teen entrepreneurs to join us for select gatherings to sell their creations, market their services, and grasp God’s heart for how to use their gifting for Kingdom impact.We desire to steward God’s creative calls on our lives, from side-hustles to full-time work. Collective127 exists to cultivate a collaborative community of Christian female founders in Chicago. Our mission is to support, equip and empower one another as we build together for God’s glory and the next generation.To build our professional community, we host networking events, offer a directory of member-owned businesses and services, and support one another’s personal and professional development by hosting collaborative training and connection opportunities.Our foundational Scripture is Psalm 127:1 -

Our Blueprint

Collective127 is NOT a church, nor are we affiliated with any specific church. Our heartfelt calling in this season is to help build up Christian women within the broader, capital "C" Church, supporting them in their daily lives and businesses, and encouraging them to connect regularly with their local church bodies for their primary discipleship and growth.Therefore, we have adopted a few guiding principles that serve as the basis for our mission and vision and guide us in our building. We request that members of Collective127 be aligned with these same beliefs and values in order to build together effectively and for God's glory.Our Guiding Principles
We believe in the one triune God co-existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.We believe that Jesus Christ is God in flesh, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was true God and true man, existing in one person and without sin. We believe he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, died, was buried and was raised from the dead on the third day. We believe in His ascension to heaven, and in His present life there for us as Lord of all, High Priest, and Advocate.We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts people of sin, regenerates them, indwells them, guides them into all truth, and gives gifts to them as He desires. We believe that the Holy Spirit continues to supply God’s people with the full diversity of Spiritual gifts, ministries and workings illustrated in Scripture for their edification and for the fulfillment of the worldwide mission of the gospel.We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are inspired by God and inerrant in the original autographs, so that they are fully trustworthy and of supreme and final authority in all they say.We believe the only way to be saved is through the cross and blood of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and was raised for our justification. This salvation is entirely by the grace of our Lord and not of works.We believe that the church is a Spiritual family living under the Kingship of Jesus Christ and engaged in his mission in the world.
Therefore, followers of Jesus must live consecrated lives, embracing standards of conduct that exalt our Lord, build His Church, and demonstrate His purity and power to the world.We believe in the visible, bodily return of Christ Jesus to the earth, to gather His people, and to judge the world.

1. What will Collective127 offer to personally and professionally support entrepreneurs?
In addition to regular networking events, business-building workshops, and studio hours for consulting and encouragement, we have several specific partnerships in the works!Official C127 members will receive regular updates and invitations via the Circle App. You can also learn more on our "Join Us" page or visit our Instagram regularly for updates!2. Will gatherings be in-person and/or virtual? Where will in-person gatherings usually be hosted?
In a highly virtual world, we're seeking REAL connection here at C127. So we'll prioritize in-person gatherings. Over time, we hope to host trainings and courses for our C127 members in our Circle App.With C127 members hailing from across the city and a few nearby suburbs, we'll explore a range of in-person locations to best suite everyone.3. What is the Circle App and do I HAVE to download it?
If you want to make the most of our community together, then YES! :) As women, we are master builders and context switchers! However, Circle truly offers us a very low-cost opportunity to shut out the noise and distractions so we can connect more deeply with one another, personally and professionally.Circle will be our one-stop shop for:

Once we have our rhythms established for our C127 founding members, our prayer and plan is to welcome in female youth entrepreneurs to share their learnings, products, services, and heart to serve Jesus through their gifts. God's heart for the next generation is all over Scripture. So if you know a young lady with a heart for Jesus and business, send her our way!We also recognize God's heart for the nations. There are women all over the world meeting Jesus as they build and better their communities for His glory.
